When a transfer contains multiple files, the Download All button lets recipients grab everything at once in a single ZIP archive.
How it works
On any HeftySend download page with more than one file, there is a "Download All" button near the top. Click it and the platform begins packaging all the files into a ZIP archive. Once it is ready, the download starts automatically.
For larger transfers, the ZIP may take a moment to prepare before the download begins. This is normal. The page will show progress so you know it is working.
When to use Download All
The Download All option is ideal when:
- You want all the files in one place without downloading them one by one
- You are saving the files to a specific folder and want to keep them together
- There are many files in the transfer and clicking individually would take too long
Individual downloads are also available
If you only need some of the files, each file on the page has its own download button. You do not have to take everything. For a full overview of the download page, see How the download page works.
