You can update your name and email address from your account settings page.
How to update your details
- Sign in to your account at heftysend.com
- Click your profile or go directly to heftysend.com/account
- Find the account details section
- Edit your display name or email address
- Save your changes
Changing your email address
If you update your email address, you will need to verify the new address before it takes effect. A verification email will be sent to the new address. Click the link inside to confirm the change.
Until you confirm the new email, your old address remains active. You can continue signing in as normal during this period.
Display name
Your display name appears on your transfers. Keeping it accurate is helpful so recipients know who sent the files. There are no restrictions on what you can use as a display name.
