If you signed up or requested a login link and the email has not arrived, here are the steps to fix it.
Check your spam folder
Email providers sometimes classify automated messages as spam. Check your spam or junk folder before anything else. The email comes from HeftySend and the subject line mentions account verification or sign in.
Wait a couple of minutes
Email delivery occasionally takes a minute or two. If you just requested the email, give it a little time before trying again.
Request a new email
If a couple of minutes have passed and there is still nothing, go back to the sign in page at heftysend.com and request a fresh link. The previous link is invalidated and a new one is sent.
Check you used the right email address
Make sure you signed up or are signing in with the same email address. If you are not sure which address you used, try a few different ones.
HeftySend uses magic link login. You will receive a sign in link by email every time you log in. There is no password to reset — just request a new link from the sign in page.
Still no email?
