Upgrading your HeftySend plan takes just a moment and the new features are available immediately.
Steps to upgrade
- Sign in to your account at heftysend.com
- Go to your account page
- Find the "Plan" section and click "Upgrade"
- Choose the plan you want — Premium, Ultra, or Lifetime
- Complete the payment process
- Your new plan is active straight away
What changes immediately after upgrading
As soon as your payment is confirmed:
- Your file size limit increases to match your new plan
- Longer expiry options become available when creating transfers
- HeftySend branding is removed from your download pages (Premium and above)
- Custom storage options become available (Premium and above) — connect your own storage to remove all file size limits entirely
There is no need to restart or re-upload anything. Existing transfers are not affected by upgrading.
